PINI KAY FUEL BRIQUETTES

Description:
Produced by pressing dry shredded wood under high pressure and at high temperature. Have the maximum duration of burning and heat of combustion. Such fuel briquettes are more resistant to mechanical action and high humidity. Due to their high density, PINI KAY fuel briquettes are well stored in atmospheric humidity conditions, in the open air.

PINI KAY fuel briquettes are used for:

  • direct furnace heating of living quarters;
  • heating of storage and industrial premises;
  • use in autonomous boiler houses of private houses and settlements;
  • heating of rolling stock of railway transport;
  • campfire and barbecues.

Benefits of briquetted PINI KAY coal:

  • burns 7 times longer than regular charcoal;
  • high heat transfer ~ 4500 Kcal/kg, which is twice as much as dry birch firewood;
  • do not shoot or spark;
  • burn out completely, which eliminates the need to remove ash and coal;
  • ash residue does not exceed 1%, which greatly simplifies the cleaning of the stove or fireplace;
  • easy to handle, compact and take up less space than other fuels.
Type of packaging:

RUF Fuel Briquettes

Description:
Produced from wood dust, pre-dried, compressed under high pressure and high temperature without the addition of any chemical binding additives. Bonding occurs due to the release of lignin, which is contained in plant cells.
After that, the briquettes are cooled and packed. The hardening crust on the surface of the briquette prevents its coloring and moisture penetration. The vegetable origin of raw materials provides this fuel with exceptional ecological purity and safety when used in any required quantity.

Characteristics:

  • Calorific value 4400 kcal/kg
  • Ash content ≤ 1%
  • Density 0,9 – 1,0 t/m3
  • Humidity 4-6%
  • Section 60 х 100 mm
  • Length ≤ 150 mm (+/- 5%)
  • Width 60 mm
  • Height 100 mm
  • 1 briquette weight 0,83 +/-0,05 kg
Advantages of RUF fuel briquettes:
  • in the process of combustion, the briquettes do not have characteristic crackling, and also do not sparkle;
  • have a high degree of heat transfer during long-term combustion;
  • resistance to moisture;
  • practicality in use;
  • with uniform distribution of briquettes and firewood into the furnace, the heat output of the boiler increases significantly, and the consumption of fuel materials decreases by 2–4 times;
  • briquettes, which contain birch wood, do not leave carbon deposits and tar scale on the walls of the fuel chamber of the boiler, which greatly facilitates the maintenance of the boiler;
  • occupy a small amount of space during storage, while the cleanliness of the warehouse will be guaranteed.

MDF is a Medium Density Fiberboard

Description:
This board material is a compressed finely-powdered fraction of wood, made from dried wood fibers. It is treated with synthetic binders and formed into a carpet and then hot-pressed.
MDF board has a homogeneous solid structure, which makes it far superior to natural wood in terms of mechanical conversion. MDF board is very suitable for the application of various decorative films or for veneering.
Our MDF board is environmentally friendly, easy to mill and easy for mechanical conversion. Due to these qualities, MDF board is the ideal material for the implementation of the most extraordinary design solutions.
MDF is used in the production of cabinet, kitchen, office and customized furniture, as well as in the manufacture of commercial equipment. MDF is widely used by manufacturers of semi-finished furniture (facades, furniture mouldings, countertops). In construction, MDF boards are used as wall panels and ceilings, for interior decoration, such as wall panels, decorative planks, skirting boards, profiles and countertops. Moreover, MDF boards is an excellent material for the manufacture of joinery, such as doors and plat-bands.
The density of MDF boards is 650-850 kg/m3, depending on their end us

Product Characteristics:
  1. the thickness of the plates – from 8 mm to 25 mm
  2. the main dimensions of the boards - 1830 mm x 2745 mm
  3. formaldehyde emission class – E1

Edged board

Description:
Edged board is woodworking product with the width of more than double thickness. It is cut from a log and sawn so that it does not contain bark on the side edges. Unlike unedged sawn timber, edged board is more in demand in the construction market, as it does not need additional processing. Edge board is used during the external work in the construction, and in interior decoration. Edged board is also used in furniture manufacturing, shipbuilding, etc.

Characteristics:

  • Edged sawn softwood (cedar, pine)
    GOST 8486-86 Thickness: 25 – 140 mm

    Width: 100 – 240 mm
